The worship is a blend of biblically centered preaching and heartfelt praise, all lifted up to the glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The church offers opportunities for bible study, spiritual growth, friendship and service.

Throughout the summer, First Baptist Church of Medfield meets at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. Childcare is provided during the service.
