Welcome to the First Baptist Church of Medfield!
Our modest congregation is made up of people from all points of the age, economic, and cultural map, and we are committed evangelism, worship, bible study, missions, community service, and the support of each other spiritually and physically. Please see our Church Covenant.As a church, we believe that we are called to be involved in missions and community service. We view our building as a resource that God has given us to reach into the community. Since 1976 we have rented the facility out for a range of community service roles, including daycare, and AA Meetings. Locally the church supports the local food pantry and Turning Point Shelter in Framingham. Since 1991 the Church has been involved in sending members to La Romana in the Dominican Republic to help with construction and bring and distribute medical supplies and clothing. In the summer of 2003, members of the Church traveled to Brazil to deliver medical supplies and equipment, and in the summer of 2004 we sent two members to China to teach English and proclaim the word of God.
